1. Order Processing and Shipping Cost

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. This includes order verification, packing, and dispatch preparation.
Busy Periods
During holidays, major sales events, or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
For international deliveries, orders may be shipped on a duties unpaid basis.

- Velvioran™ is not responsible for customs-related delays once the shipment reaches the destination country

5. Changes or Cancellations
Because we begin handling orders shortly after they are placed, changes must be requested quickly.
If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, please contact us at service@velvioran.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
After an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or stop shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We want every Velvioran™ order to arrive safely and in good condition.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and product. After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement.
Lost in Transit
If the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost during transit, we will assist you with a replacement at no additional charge.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Velvioran™ is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted at the time of purchase. If a package is returned due to an address problem, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
